Sealed bids will be received for the Water System Improvements, CDBG No. 09p-x-156-2-5158, in the Pineview City Building - 121 East Commerce Street, until 11:00 AM  (Local Time),_April 20, 2010at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

     The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

     The construction of approximately

bullet

 ± 4,461 LF of 6” C900 DR 18 Class 150 PVC Water Main,

bullet

 ± 148 LF of 8” C900 DR 18 Class 150 PVC Water Main,

bullet

 ± 9 (3-way) fire hydrant assemblies,

bullet

 ± 65 LF of Jack and Bore with steel casing,

bullet

 erosion control measures and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job.

      All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.
