Sealed bids will be received for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, Pine Park Street/Poplar Street CDBG No. 09p-x-147-2-5129, in the Monroe City Hall, until 11:00 AM (Local Time), January 12 th, 2011, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

The construction of:

City Of Monroe, Georgia - "Sanitary Sewer System Improvements - Pine Park Street/Poplar Street - CDBG 09p-x-147-2-5129"

Construction of :

	+1,575 LF of 12" Pipe Bursting
	+2,120 LF of 10" Pipe Bursting
	+4,451 LF of 8 " Pipe Bursting
	+2,685 LF of 8" Gravity Sewer
	+53 manholes
	+19 sanitary sewer service connections
	erosion control measures and all associated appurtenances necessary for a complete job.

All work on the Project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Cost Estimate: $ 750,000.00
