Phase I - Land Application System (0.100 MGD)
Sealed bids will be received for the City of Glenwood, Phase 1 - Land
Application System (0.100 MGD),at the office of the Mayor (162 NW 3rd Avenue,
Glenwood, Georgia 30428), until 11:00
AM (Standard Time -
Daylight Savings Time),
Tuesday October 5th, 2010, at which time
they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
0.100 MGD sprayfield, including + 11,968 LF OF 2", 4", 6", 8" and 10" PVC SDR 21 Class 200 distribution main
+ 14 plug valves ranging in size from 4" to 10"
+ 118 sprinkler riser assemblies, including ball valve and sprinkler head; air release valves
+ 9,200 LF of hogwire fence
+ 21 AC of hayfield establishment; including clearing/grubbing, smooth grading, and grassing
and all associated appurtenances necessary for a complete job.
The project will tie into the separate 0.210 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project.
All work on the Project must be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Cost Estimate: $ 750,000.00
