East Dublin Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, 0.312 MGD to 0.75 MGD
USDA/RD Project
Seperate sealed bids for the "Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, 0.321 MGD to 0.75 MGD" project will be received by the City of East Dublin at the office of City Administrator - 116 Savannah Avenue, East Dublin, GA 31027 until 11:00 A.M. (Standard Time - Daylight Savings Time) May 18, 2010, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Construction of the project as follows:
East Dublin Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, 0.312 MGD to 0.75 MGD
The upgrade of the existing East Dublin WWTP from 0.312 MGD to 0.75 MGD, including work at the following locations:
Holmes Drive Lift Station
Construct new wetwell structure; install duplex 750 GPM pumps and controls; demolish existing lift station components; connect to existing force main; and miscellaneous items.
Broad Street Lift Station
Construct new wetwell structure; install duplex 550 GPM pumps and controls; demolish existing lift station components; connect to existing force main; and miscellaneous items.
East Dublin WWTP
Construct new components (influent screen; effluent structure; effluent lift station; splitter box; and distribution boxes No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3); grading for ponds and basins (lined aeration pond/settling cell; lined holding pond; overflow pond; and rapid infiltration basins 7 - 12); 18 installed and 2 standby 5.0 Hp aerators; 3 installed 3.0 Hp mixers; baffle curtains; site piping; and miscellaneous items.
All work on the Project must be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Cost Estimate: $ 3,750,000.00
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS (PLANS & SPECS) may be obtained at the issuing office, of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc. located at 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, GA 31210 upon payment of $300.00 (non-refundable) for each set.
