Sanitary Sewer System Improvements - Rice Street Pump Station, Broad Street Area Sewer Replacement, and Oakwood Drive Pump Station

Sealed bids will be received for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements - Rice Street Pump Station, Broad Street Area Sewer Replacement, and Oakwood Drive Pump Station - CDBG No. 11p-x-087-2-5410 in the East Dublin City Hall, until 11:00 AM (Local Time) Thursday, January 26, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work under this contract will consist generally of the following:

Construction of :

	two (2) 100 GPM submersible pump stations (Rice Street and Oakwood Drive)
	+ 2,875 LF 4" SDR 21 Class 200 PVC Force Main and appurtenances
	+ 2,455 LF 8" ID SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer Main and appurtenances
	erosion and sediment control and associated appurtenances necessary for a complete job

All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Cost Estimate: $600,000.00
