Sealed bids will be received for the Storm Drainage and Street Improvements - CDBG No. 08-y-035-1-5033 (Additional Work - Lake View Acre Road - project, at the Colquitt County Courthouse Annex, 101 E. Central Avenue, Room 261, Moultrie, Georgia, until 11:00 AM (Local Time), Tuesday, July 27 th, 2010, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

The construction of:

	+0.68 miles of grading
	+8,567 SY of 8" soil cement base
	+215 tons of portland cement
	+680 tons of 12.5mm superpave
	+94 LF of 13.5" x 22" RCP storm drain pipe
	+30 LF of 18" x 28.5" RCP storm drain pipe
	+648 LF of side drain pipe
	appropriate erosion control measures
	and all associated appurtenances necessary for a complete job.

All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Cost Estimate: $200,000.00
