Addendum NO. 1 - Issued July 19, 2011

Sealed bids will be received for the City of Baxley -  Water and Sewer System Improvements - U.S. Hwy 341 West,  in Baxley City Hall  at 282 E. Parker Street, Baxley, GA , until 11:00 AM  (Local Time),Thursday, July 21, 2011 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

     The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

    Construction of:

bullet

+ 310 LF of 6" water main

bullet

+ 2 MJ gate valves

bullet

+ 1 fire hydrant assembly

bullet

+ 1 new metered service

bullet

+ 300 LF 10" sanitary sewer main

bullet

+ 160 LF jack and bore

bullet

 and all associated appurtenances necessary for a complete job.

      All work on the Project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Engineer: Charlie Bridges, Project Engineer

Project Cost Estimate: $ 60,000.00
