Alamo Pump Station and Force Main Upgrades

Wheeler Correctional Facility

Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Alamo Pump Station and Force Main Upgrades, Wheeler Correctional Facility, at office of the Mayor - 105 W. Main St., Alamo, GA 30411, until 11:30 AM (Local Time),Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

The upgrade of two (2) existing pump stations (Wheeler Correctional Facility PS and WWTP Feeder PS); + 5,805 LF of 10" force main (PVC; DIP; HDPE), including directional drill beneath creek, jack/bore under highways, jack/bore beneath railroad; and miscellaneous items.

All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Project Engineer: John B. Fry , P.E.

Project Cost Estimate: $ 550,000.00
